筑讯网（www.zhuxuncn.com以下称“本平台”）为用户提供了丰富的互联网信息服务，而在提供服务的同时，本平台保护并尊重知识产权，反对一切侵权盗版行为。为更好地保护知识产权人的合法权利，根据我国相关法律法规的规定，“筑讯网”平台所发布的所有文章（包括转载文章）的版权均属原作者所有。若文章作者有版权声明，或文章出自并转载于其它网站皆会附带声明。
⑴本平台部分标注“筑讯网”的文字、图片、音频、视频的版权均属“筑讯网”所有，任何媒体、网站或个人未经本平台协议授权者，不得擅自转载、链接、转帖或其它方式传播；已获得本平台授权的媒体、网站或个人，必须在宣传使用时注明其来源于“筑讯网”。
⑵本平台部分未标注“筑讯网”的文字、图片、音频、视频为转载稿。“筑讯网”转载稿件出于传递更多信息，但并不意味赞同其观点或核对稿件内容的真实性，若其它媒体、网站或个人从本平台转载使用，必须保留其注明的“稿件来源”，并承担一定法律责任，若擅自标明“筑讯网”由此引起的版权及法律责任均由转载的媒体、网站或个人承担。
知识产权人认为“筑讯网”平台所提供的内容（包括但不限于“筑讯网”平台会员所发布的商品信息）侵犯了其相关版权，可向“筑讯网”提交书面通知，要求本平台删除该涉嫌侵权的稿件，或者断开涉嫌侵权稿件的链接，“筑讯网”会在收到书面通知后及时处理。
书面通知包含以下内容：
⑴知识产权人的姓名（名称）、联系方式、地址、营业执照（单位）、身份证（个人）及相关授权证明等证明知识产权人主体身份的材料；
⑵要求删除或断开涉嫌侵权稿件链接的准确名称和网络地址；
⑶认为构成侵权的初步证明材料。
